Ryan Ludwick takes his hot streak to the west coast and continues to impress. The Cards blaze thru San Diego and Los Angeles with a 4-2 record. Some quality pitching in low scoring games gave the Cards the upper hand and the Cards even ran into a top rookie prospect (Kershaw) in the end of the trip after defeating Lowe and Penny. Meanwhile the rival Cubs had troubles with NL Central rivals resulting in the Cards tied for the first with the Cubs. As the Cards return home to find the Astros waiting, who was your player of the week?

| Ludwick, plain and simple. This guy is in the driver's seat but La Russa still finds enough reasons not to play him every day, unbelievable. |

You got that right! Cardinal Nation is getting fed up this situation.
Ludwick IS the team MVP up to this point........just about hands down, if you ask me. |
