With the new stadium construction already underway and continuing through 2006, getting to and from Busch Stadium is going to be somewhat of a challenge for the next seasons. With this in mind, CCH offers a Busch Stadium Access & Parking Guide for the 2005 season. For the short term we are offering the printable flyer on your right as a quick guide for getting around. Once the season starts and we have a chance to observe the actual flows of traffic, our guide will be updated with helpful hints as well as parking prices.

Important notes for fans:

  • Numerous parking lots south of Busch Stadium are no longer accessible. The bus and premium parking area south of Busch between 8th Street and Broadway are closed. This includes the narrow lots accessible off Poplar Street.
  • A large stairway has been added at the intersection of Clark Street and 8th Street extending from street level up near Gate 4. While this ramp would have undoubtedly been helpful during the past 30 years, better late than never!
  • The pedestrian ramp south of Busch at Gate 2 has been removed. This ramp served countless thousands of fans for every game. Since it has been removed, all pedestrians parking south of Busch will need to access the stadium by following Broadway and 8th Street north.
  • At least two lanes of both Broadway and 8th Street are closed. These lane closures will undoubtedly make the Broadway and 8th Street exits from the stadium parking garages a major choke point and pedestrian hazard. Use caution!
  • The ramp from 7th street to Eastbound Highway 64/40 has been removed. Fans leaving the game and heading in to Illinois will find their favorite route unfortunately no longer exists. It's suggested that you use Walnut Street or Chestnut Street to access Southbound Highway 70 from which you may connect to Eartbound Highway 64/40.
